Ok,well by now I should be all packed and ready to move. It's been really hard to pack all my craft stuff. So instead of packing it, and When I have some time to relax I go and make another card.Who new Going through all my paper and stamps I would find some inspiration. Well here is a card that was simple to make. No stamps required and a simple layout and some scissors to cut out this lighthouse from a old calendar. Its wednesday and Im on a ball this week. I have created four cards this week and some gift tags. WOW!!! I think I can say Im finally back in my craft room. And I hope it stays that way. The stamp and the ribbon is from stampin up. and the ribbon was white. But I used some ink to match with the olive CS. I think it looks pretty cool. Maybe I can save some money by buying some more white ribbon and just dye it to match the card.

Today I was home cleaning my house and My mom spent the day helping me. She has been a blessing. Being a mother myself I know its hard watching your daughter/son going through rough times. And this is not the first. we lost my sister with cancer. It is tough sometimes. But God has been with us and I know this desease can't take away what God can do for me. Hes all we have to survive and the wonderful support I have from family and friends. The Love conquers it all.

And this card was made today. My mom and I sat in my craft room, after we had cleaned up the house. We were just talkin away. and I started getting some creative ideas in my head. And this is what I came up with. And I know who Im sending it too. Cant say cuz she might jsut stop on by. and dont want to spoil the surprise. Have a great week and be blessed. Yur friend :)

It was Dec. 29th when I had a colonscopy done.Thats when I got the news I might have Cancer.Days went by, seem like years. Than I had an appointment with another Dr. who was soon to perform surgery on me.Her News was just to overwelming for me.I looked at my husband and just lost it.So many things flash before my eyes. What will I tell my kids and Loved ones. I had to pull myself together and look up to GOD! Who never leaves me nor forsakes me. My first treatment was on the 15th. It was ok for the first few days and than it took alot out of me.I will have 6 months of Chemo treatments. As of Today God has brought me through this storm. I love that his promises are truth and I can look up to him for all my troubles. Thank You Jesus!Amen

I have a corsage to share with you today.I'm so excited to post it on my blog because I made it myself.Yes,I did.My first time ever making one.And it was a Fun project.Well my son is going to his first high school Formal.Today I was shopping for his clothes all day.So I'm home relaxing And about 7pm he remembers I have to order a corsage for his partner.OMG!! Here we go trying to decide where Am I going to get one done by Saturday.And than It clicked,Of course in my sons brain.Hes says, MOM!You make everything else,You can't make her one.So we headed to Michaels.(Thank God for Michaels!) There we found all the items we needed.And this is the finish project!

Another Halloween card with the same image.But with a different layout.I tried to make it look like she was standing on a hillside.Oh well I tried. I learned a new technique at the stampin up meeting on sunday.We had some white flowers and dyed them with a ink pad.On this card I wanted black lace ribbon.So, to save a trip to the craft store.I used the same technique and dyed the white lace with my black ink pad. I learn something new everyday.Ohyea,Don't forget to play along with the stamp r us challenge.There's a Halloween theme challenge and some blog candy.

This was another Idea I got from Paper Craft Magazine.In the front of the card I want to put #1 DAD.And save it for my DH DAD.For this card I used brown cs and Layered with some yellow cs.I stiched around the cs and folding the top part of the card to make it look like pockets.And added some brass brads.The tools are stickers.Thanks for stopping by.

I wanted to play with my flower loom today.And this is what I did with it.I took my nesties and made a gift tag.I used some white Paper Raffia and created a flower with the loom,and added a flower to the middle with a rhinestone.The pink flower is from fabric fancies.Maybe I should of lined up the flower better than what I did.Oh well, next time.Thanks for stoppin by.

Here is another card using my new tool.I used some yarn this time.I found this tool At Beverly's craft store.Im not sure if you can find it anywhere else.It's called a flower loom.Maybe I should take a picture of it and Post it on my blog.Yea,I think thats a good idea.If you ladies want to see what this little gadget looks like.I can post it for you.As for the image I got this cute image from D2D. I colored with my Bic markers.And added some buttons and ribbon for embelishments.TFL

I finally get to post a card.So what do you think of this cute ribbon flower.I bought a new toy about two weeks ago and I finally got to sit down and play with it.It's called Hana-ami flower loom.You can make diffrenent flowers with with it.And use Yarn or Ribbon.For this card I used white on white.The squares are cut 1 1/2 inches Layered with 1 1/4 inches.I embossed the cs before cutting it.I used floral fantasy cb folder.Added some ladybug buttons I had in my stash.And a red button to the flower.

Dreams,hmmmmm what can I say about dreams.I had a lot of dreams and never accomplished them.Hmm maybe because I was to shy or insecure.I have a few stories I can tell,But I will only give you one.I don't want to bore you with my life.I started off going to school as a hair dresser.And once they said I was going on the floor to start doing customers hair I freaked and quite school.Ok,one more, I even tried real estate, That didn't work out because of the situation with people.Im really scared of being around people,LOL.So now you can understand why I'm a stay at home mom.I'f I can just find a job working at home and not deal with people, I would work.So thank god for internet and blogs.I have friends.LOL

I can't believe I finally got to Make something. This little sachet is from a kit from Annie's attic. I stamped the butterfly and sentiment on the sachet and added a tag for my husbands mom.I added the buttun to the tag with embroidery floss.Very simple to do.I hope and can post some more projects soon.I will be moving back to my moms in the end of July.So I will be pretty busy Packing all my junk.And hopefully getting rid of alot of stuff.Thanks for stopping by.And God Bless!

well let me start off by saying thank you to all who send me a card for my birthday.It was exciting opening them up and seeing how creative you ladies are.Now as for this card.I layered gray,turquise,black and white cardstock.Stamp is from Gina K designs,(spring florals).I added some brads.I used swirl cuttle bug folder.I just baught some Bic markers.So had to try them out.I Need some practice.So I'm going to go ckeck out you tube for some tutorials.thanks for stopping by.Have a grrrreat week!

Over at scs theres a challenge to case a card and this is the one I chose. I needed a wedding card for my brother and his soon to be wife.In my mind I had something different.Im not to happy with this card.Im going to try again.If it doesnt work out this is what I will be going with.I really like the layout.So Im not going to change it.I use dark purple and light purple and white cardstock.I added ribbon,pearl brads and added birds and a butterfly.the white cs is embossed with Birds and swirls cuttlebug folder using my big kick machine.Have a great week.TFL

I love the way this card came out and I love this little pony.Im going to give this card to my niece Danielle.She loves Horses.My inspiration was from Patty.I love all her cas cards.So I thought of not adding to much color.And this is what I came up with.I embossed the white card and layered gray,purple and lilac cardstock.I printed out the image in color.So much prettier than my coloring.and Add it to lilac cs.I embellished with flowers ribbon and buttons.I also distressed the Card stock.

A New Member in our family

We have a new member in the family.Just look at this cutie.Her Name is Roxy and she is 4 months old.

As I laid my eyes on her I fell in love.She is very playful.If you know what a 2 year old toddler acts like well this is roxy.She is into everything.She loves to take our socks and run with them.I have to be chasing her around the house taking away everything from her mouth. And about that potting training that is so much fun.LOL!

This weekend My Husband and I Went to visit his mom and dad in Tulare Ca.We also took a trip to Sequia National Park.WOW!!!! It was beautiful.We got to see alot of snow.Some people probaly live in the snow and dont think thats too exciting.LOL. We were not expecting to see snow as you could see we didn't prepare our self.My shoes got soaked and they were freezing cold.Brrrrrr!!!! I hope you had a blessed weekend.

Another cute image from Design2delight.And you can find this Layout at card Pattern sketch 57.I had this piece of ribbon in my stash so I decided to go with it. and use the colors for my inspiration.I layered pink and green card stock and added some DP,I'm not sure where its from.I then cut oval CS with my creative memories oval cutters.I added some pink rinestone and brads.The image is popped out with pop dots.I added some glitter to the wings, flower and the bottom of the dress.After putting it all together I thought, why didn't I layer the strip of green cs on pink cs.

Welcome to My blog world.It seems like I cant get any cards done these past few weeks.I just havent been feeling to good.Lots of sleepless nights.I cant wait for the weather to change maybe it will help some.I'm thinking it might be depression.Well besides my personal life,I want to share this card for the Stamps R Us challenge.Kellie used the distressed technique.well after this terrible picture.I notice my distressing was not enough.There is distressed on my paper,just look real close,you will find it :).....And I also went for the card patterns sketch 54 challenge.I used brown Card stock and olive green DP is from DCWV,Butterfly is from K&company,I added some felt flower ,added a button to the middle of the flower.Musical notes Paper is from my stash.Well I hope you can take the time to comment it really makes a day brighter :)

Heres another card using the same Paper Pack from My Minds Eye.And the sticker is from K&compnay,I added some ribbon and stiching using my pixie sewing machine.I also added some brads in each corner.I used my oval cutters from creative memories.And the best thing I did was figure out how to punch holes on the orange CS.I know the hole punching is something you have already seen in other cards.But Most of you must have the template for it.Unlike me I have not purchased it.So I used my canvas.The idea must be out there some where but.I like to think I came up with it myself. Some time ago I used to stich on canvas and make lots of my gifts that way.But I have put that Aside since I found a new addiction with paper.I took a picture of the items I used to create holes in my orange CS.and a project I did with the canvas years ago.I hope it is somewhat helpful to someone that doesnt have the template for punching holes in CS.

I had this card done for awhile, I'm not a fan of using different stamps.Because Im not good at it.I kind of covered the grass part of it with ribbon.So you cant see to much of my mistakes.well for details of my card,Paper is from a new stack of mine called,My mind's eye Its the HOME Pack.Ribbon from Sheer creation,Stickers are from K&Company.If you can see the Heart clip that is from Making Memories and the stamp set is from Clear stamps,At the bottom says for you and that was using brown ink.Have a good weekend and be blessed!

March 9th 2001 -Feb.15 2010

It has been a very miserable week for my family and I.As some of you know I had a Doctors appointment with my Dogs Vet and it did not go well at all. She had Cancer in her spinal cord.She was to far for any hope.So our decision was to put her to sleep.It was the worst Decision I ever had to make.And too see my youngest son with tears in his eyes broke my heart into pieces.There are no words to explain my feelings that day.We will miss her soooo much. We bought our first house in 2001.And My Dad decided to give my boys a pet of there own.Boy! did we fall in love with her.We had chosen a name for her.And it was China from the wrestling.But of course I was always calling her Mammas.So thats what she would always respond too.As you can see she was so beautiful.She fit right into our family the first day we got her.She was very energetic,loved to run and chase my boys in there go cart.We could not keep her in the front with out a leash. She would take off around the neighbor hood running like a jack rabbit.She would scare so many people with her bark.But really she was just very loving and protective.As soon as you would approach her she would show some love. My Husband would pretend to fight with me or our boys And mammas would always try to protect us from him.She would growl at him and jump to push him away.It was fun to see her protect us.She loved camping,spending days at the park.And Taking walks.She didn't get along with other dogs or Cats.And there was a few people in her life that would visit and she would just get so excited and not leave there sight.We will miss everything about her.Mammas will be missed and never forgotten.We love her.I hope you can get a little understanding of what we had with her.

Happy Valentines Day! I hope everyone had a nice valentines. As for me,mine was pretty good.My DH bought me a pixie singer sewing machine,purse and some roses.And we had a nice breakfast with my mom.

As some of you know I have a pet boxer and she is not doing to well.On Monday 2/15 she has a vet appointment to see whats going on with her.She is losing her balance when she is walking and losing her strength when she gets up from her bed.I'm praying they can help her.On the happy side of my dog she did a little better today.To see her sad it breaks my heart.I hope I can get alot of answers tomorrow.Thanks for stopping by and I appreciate all your nice comments.

Oh WOW! This was a challenge,No,not the card.I was using Gimp for the first time to edit my card.I hope you notice all the details.LOL!
